Returns & Refunds
At Warisha Pret, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return an item, please ensure the following conditions are met:
1. Notification

Customers must notify us by emailing warishapret.uk@gmail.com with the order number and the email address used at the time of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Customized and made-to-order products cannot be returned or refunded.

Items purchased at a discount of 50% or more are not eligible for return or exchange. All such sales are final, so we recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing your purchase.
3. Sale Items

Sale items are refundable unless otherwise specified. However, a £2.99 delivery charge will be deducted from the refunded amount.
4. Order Source

Orders placed through any sales channel other than www.warisha-uk.com cannot be refunded or exchanged.
5. Return Conditions

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in a saleable, unworn, and undamaged condition with original packaging.

All barcode tags and labels must remain intact.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

We strongly recommend sending returns via a tracked/recorded delivery service as Warisha Pret is not liable for lost or damaged items in transit.
6. Processing Time

Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned products.

Once your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 5 working days for the funds to appear in your account (processing times may vary depending on your bank/card issuer).

Refunds will only be made through the original mode of payment. If your card has expired or been declined, we will arrange an alternative method of refund.
7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

All products are carefully inspected before dispatch. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item:

Return the item in its original packaging and unworn condition within 14 days.

Once verified, we will refund the full product cost along with the original delivery charges.

If the item is faulty, Warisha Pret will cover the return postage charges.

8. Notification of Return Receipt

Once your return has been processed by our warehouse, we will notify you via phone or email.

9. How to Return
You can return items via any reliable courier or postal service (e.g., Post Office, DPD, Hermes). Please ensure tracking and insurance is included.
