Returns & Refunds

At Warisha, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and fair. This policy explains when you are eligible for a refund on international orders, and how the process works.

1. Key Principles

• Warisha ships internationally, and all orders are treated as international orders under this policy.
• Items cannot be returned or shipped back to us.
• All requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
• If there is a verified issue with your order, you may qualify for a partial or full refund.

2. How to Report an Issue

If there is a problem with your order, you can report it directly through your Warisha account.

Steps:

1. Go to Orders
2. Select your order
3. Click on Report an Issue
4. Follow the steps to describe the problem and upload your evidence

You can track the status of your request in the same section.

You may also contact us at warishapret.uk@gmail.com with your order number and supporting evidence. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

3. What You Need to Provide

Because items are not shipped back to us, your request is reviewed entirely on the basis of the information you submit. Please provide:

• A clear explanation of the issue for each item
• Supporting evidence (photos or videos) is required

For size or fit issues, include:

• Photos of the item laid flat or on a hanger
• Visible measurements (e.g. chest, length, sleeves) taken against a measuring tape

For quality issues, include:

• Clear photos of the defect (e.g. stitching, damaged components, fabric flaws)

📌 Requests without sufficient evidence may not be approved.

4. Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds will not be approved for:

Preference-based reasons

• Change of mind
• No longer needed
• Ordered by mistake
• Dislike after receiving the product
• Minor variations in colour, fabric, or finish
• Size or fit issues where the correct item, as ordered, was delivered

Condition of the item

• Worn or used
• Washed or dry cleaned
• Altered or stitched
• Damaged due to misuse

Other cases

• Requests submitted after 14 days of delivery
• Requests without sufficient explanation or evidence
• Any cases of fraud

5. Refund Method & Timeline

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue is due to an error from Warisha or the seller.
• Refunds may be issued as store credit, subject to customer agreement.

⏱️ Refunds are processed within 48 business hours after approval.

Please note:

• Bank processing times may vary and are outside Warisha's control.
• International payments and refunds are processed in Pounds.
• Your bank may apply exchange rates or transaction fees. Warisha is not responsible for these charges.
• Customs duties, import taxes, and destination-country charges are non-refundable.

6. Important Notes

• All requests are subject to review and approval by Warisha.
• Warisha may request additional information where needed.
• In cases of suspected misuse, abuse, or fraud, requests may be denied.
• Refunds will not be processed while a chargeback or payment dispute is active.

7. Dispute & Chargeback Policy

If a customer initiates a dispute or chargeback with their bank or payment provider, we reserve the right to review the case internally and provide all necessary evidence, including order details, shipment tracking, and proof of delivery (POD).

Refund eligibility during disputes

Once a chargeback or dispute is initiated, the order will no longer be eligible for a direct refund through our system. The case will be handled only through the payment provider.

Refunds vs disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact us before initiating a dispute. Once a dispute is filed through Stripe, we cannot process a refund directly, and the case will be resolved via the bank.

Fraudulent disputes

Disputes raised despite valid delivery and order confirmation may be treated as fraudulent. In such cases, we reserve the right to:

• Block the customer from future transactions
• Take further action where necessary

8. Changes to This Policy

Warisha may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
